Salary Offered : 10 - 11 LPA
Roles & Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfilling hiring needs of the organization is regular.
- We'll expect you to be brilliant at reading people, understanding the business requirement, making manpower projections and finally getting the best guy onboard at the right CTC.
Standardising and Process Setting:
- A good part of the role would involve standardising hiring processes, creating standard templates across roles, educating stakeholders and ensuring the implementation of the processes
Running Out-of-the-box Projects:
- A start-up thrives on innovation. Apart from doing regular activities, one of the primary requirements of the role would be to come with creative and innovative ideas to run mundane things in a not-so-mundane manner. Projects could involve travel to other offices etc
- Prior Experience (5+ years) in recruitment for junior as well as senior levels.
- A knack for reading candidates would be highly preferred since this would be a significant part of the role here.
- Past experience in Volume Hiring is a must
- Complete Fluency in Hindi and English is a must
- Fluent in Excel and PPT in order to generate analyses and reports comfortably
- Remuneration: As per market standards depending upon experience
