Standardising and Process Setting: - A good part of the role would involve standardising hiring processes, creating standard templates across roles, educating stakeholders and ensuring the implementation of the processes Running Out-of-the-box Projects: - A start-up thrives on innovation. Apart from doing regular activities, one of the primary requirements of the role would be to come with creative and innovative ideas to run mundane things in a not-so-mundane manner. Projects could involve travel to other offices etc Key Requirements: - Prior Experience (5+ years) in recruitment for junior as well as senior levels. - A knack for reading candidates would be highly preferred since this would be a significant part of the role here. - Past experience in Volume Hiring is a must - Complete Fluency in Hindi and English is a must - Fluent in Excel and PPT in order to generate analyses and reports comfortably - Remuneration: As per market standards depending upon experience
