Job Description :

Roles and responsibilities :

- Development, implementation, and evolution of the organisational strategy.

- Partner with corporate teams to continuously improve programs such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development.

- Partner with talent acquisition to meet the headcount growth goals for the organization, including interviewing, assessing and on-boarding.

- Review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement, performance, retention and employee experience.

Requirement :

- MBA from Tier 2 or Tier 1 institutions with minimum 1 year of experience in Business partnering

- High on accountability, drive and ownership

- Good communication and analytical skills

- Preferred industries: Retail, Telecom, banking and insurance

- Hands on experience in business partnering field sales and operation employee's

- Preferable Male candidate
