Position : Head Collections

Location : Gurgaon

Key Job Responsibilities :

- Lead Collection Operations by strong on-ground process adherence, robust account reconciliation and timely AR recovery

- Build and ensure implementation of key policies on customer onboarding, legal recovery and fraud prevention

- Lead and drive implementation of best in class collections practices to keep minimizing credit exposure at customer level

- Build credit control policies to optimize customer bookings without affecting working capital movement

- Work closely with Product to enforce technology powered solutioning of any new development in collections

- Lead and strengthen recovery and legal efforts by preemptive risk identification and strong on-ground SOP

- Strong leader to deliver maximum productivity and airtight SOP execution from ground collection team
