Position : Demand Acquisition Manager

Location - Amritsar

Job Description :

- Drive lead based sales acquisition efforts for the cluster and ensure high sales productivity from ground sales manpower

- Oversee execution of all onboarding steps to activate new shippers and ensure conversions strictly adhered to lead list

- Assess and launch new corridor/commodity as part of business expansion

- Anticipate and remain well versed with customer dynamics and act as input channel for market information to the team

- Ensure onboarding of high quality shippers to drive high organic demand with most feasible payment mode

- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching on a regular basis to the team
