Business Operation ( NIT/IIT B.Tech must- ) - Managing the day to day Supply operations of BlackBuck. - Ensure on-time,error-free & smooth Transition. - Setting the vision and direction of the team by managing individual and team performance. - Align with cross-functional teams in order to improve the data & make process streamline. - Maximize the unit level profitability by driving the right supply procurement through data-based decision-making frameworks and maintaining the adherence to the customer SLAs. - Design and implement intelligent data frameworks at the unit level for driving the right price to ensure maximum profitability. - Plan the supply partner network breadth on volume and truck type mix aligned with the business expansion plans. - Business Acumen knowledge - Should be very strong into Excel - Good communication skills - Flexible to work for 6 days Graduation from IIT/NIT/BIT/MIT/VIT is a must for this role
