KEY JOB PURPOSE : - Own the key metrics for the respective business vertical and facilitate executive decision making on the levers for driving business performance ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : - Design and run the governance and review framework of the business with respective core team for aligning on the business objectives and measuring progress - Collaborate with the cross functional teams to effectively drive the actions from the business reviews and monitor the expected performance outcomes - Set up frameworks for real time visibility on key metrics and outcomes to the CXO and business leadership team for timely course of correction - Undertake research, data analysis and ground work for developing any new initiatives focused on improving business performance. - Partner and multiple teas within the business vertical to share periodic updates with CXO's office for review inputs on way forward - Plan and coordinate engagements both internal and external for the CxO to have quality utilization and a greater impact on business performance
