Responsibilities : - The Program Manager will interface with various teams to setup and manage processes related to the launch and operations of new initiatives - The job involves end-to-end tactical planning & process execution including but not limited to creating plans and strategy for execution, ensuring operational rigor and designing high business impact processes - The objective is to build a programmatic approach to innovative programs across all categories - The APM will also be responsible to set up scalable processes and create templates to provide information in an automated / structured fashion - The role requires the person to manage and influence at a high level and at the same time is able to dive deep and be completely hands-on when required
