BlackBuck - Associate Manager - HR Business Partner (4-6 yrs)
- Lead the HRBP function for BlackBuck across Operations. This role reports to the Head of HR.
- Partner closely with leadership team and hold Performance, Organisational Design, Employee Engagement, Company Culture etc.
- Develop, Implement, and administer policies to enhance employee performance and experience.
- Be a coach to senior members and be the guide when it comes to organisational culture.
- Plan and implement organisational changes required to support massive growth plans for new 5 years
- Plan and implement strategies around Compensation, Learning, Growth to improve employee engagement and performance.
- Plan and implement Talent review, retention, and growth plan in the context of Blackbuck.
