Key Job Purpose: - Ensure on providing high level of service and operational experience to existing shippers through consistent placement, quick payment turnaround and faster issues resolutions for the cluster Key Responsibilities: - Lead team to coordinate closely with shippers to drive consistent load over time with minimum deactivations - Coordinate with central team to highlight key issues of shipper and act as key input channel to process based resolution - Ensure high level of product awareness among shippers through periodic sessions thus maintain higher share of organic demand on platform - Ensure supply utilization by keeping placement eciency over 95% over time - Liasion with network team to drive competitive pricing &amp; lucrative up-sell products with big shippers - Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching on a regular basis to the team
