We are hiring Associate Manager-Accounting at BlackBuck.

Job Location: Bangalore

Highest Qualification: CA

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

Key Role & Responsibilities:

- Review of day to day ledger accounts to ensure entries been accounted correctly and accurately;

- Review & Approve of Vouchers, Purchase Bills, Journals & Internal Memos;

- Review of Purchase orders on time to time basis to provide the ageing of creditors statements.

- Reconciliation of Bills Payable & Receivable

- Ensuring of Vendors Payment compiling with statutory requirements.

- Review of calculation on VAT, CST, Entry Tax, TDS and Service Tax, on monthly basis;

- Review of accounting entries on statutory calculation and ensure Filing of Monthly VAT returns, Service Tax, TDS, PF & Professional Tax, & Advance Tax computation within the due date;

- Issue of TDS Certificates, C Forms (VAT), maintenance of records for VAT Audit;

- Receipt of C Form from the client and maintains of record and filing on an regular basis;

- Review of Fixed Asset Register and calculation of depreciation on monthly basis;

- Review of inventory of raw materials register on monthly basis to ensure the stock and value match with cost tracker statement;

- Handling Team with size of 5 and more and conducting team meeting on a regular basis and KT on new updating on statutory and accounting principles and concepts.

- Timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, & annual budgets, cash flow, & Financial Statements with interpretations & submission to management for review;

- Preparation of financial statement as per Companies Act, (Indian GAAP, IFRA,) transfer pricing;Engaged in preparation Annual Budget, Vendor Management, and Debtors & Asset Management etc.

- Co-ordination with departmental officials on receipt of notice & assessments;

- Preparation of necessary documents & proceedings for Income tax assessments, sales tax assessment and service tax assessments on an regular intervals;

- Implementation of process on cost control & internal controls among the departments;

Requisite Qualification and experience:

- CA with minimum 1/3 years of experience in Big 4 Audit Firm.

- Should be comfortable with the Indian Accounting Standards ( and Ind -AS )

- Should have experience in handling teams.

- Worked in core accounting role in corporate.

- Should have exhibited passion and drive for their work in previous assignments

- Should be intuitively curious and relate to business.
