AM operations - Program Management would drive large scale programs within the operations team. The role would entail working very closely with multiple stakeholders for creating best in class SOPs, running training programs, driving supply acquisition and engagement strategies and taking up central projects with defined metrics.   The role would be a predominantly metric driven one with very little subjectivity.  - Supply Acquisition and Engagement: Arrive at the optimum supply count, liaison with Supply teams for driving acquisition and engagement in a targeted manner  - Program Manage Fleet owners: Drive central programs for high utilization of fleets  - Process Excellence: Create and roll out SOPs, drive adoption and training programs across India  - Performance Management: Drive organizational charters and run the weekly/monthly reviews  - Stakeholder Management: Responsible for integration of operations with technology, core operations and finance functions  - Product Leadership: Lead conceptualization and roll out of new products for greater operational effectiveness  - Quality Assurance: Ensure quality and consistency in service levels across the team  - Leading recruiting and building area specific ground operations team to ensure smooth ground level operations   - See himself/herself growing in the organization to handle increasing number of cities   Requisite Qualification and experience  - Under-graduate or post-graduate degree from premier educational institutions such as IITs, NITs and BITs Pilani with 1-3 years of team leading experience in operations or process excellence.  - A core multi-tasker at heart who can excel under ambiguous circumstances  - An emphatic team leader with excellent communication and written skills  - Take complete ownership of the work and deliver impactful results   - Exposure to Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma methodology would be an added advantage
