Roles & Responsibilities :

- Ensuring 100% creation of indents on portal in time

- Ensuring SLA adherence for customers

- Monitoring SoB, revenue realization and taking corrective actions for maintenance

- Communicating with customers on issue resolution

- Identifying opportunities with existing customers for expansion of business

- Support Business Development in Customer Onboarding

- Reporting performance to customers, seeking feedback and identifying opportunities for enhancing performance

- Data analysis with regards to performance in terms of parameters like placement adherence, profitability, etc.

- Identifying opportunities to automate processes and executing those in coordination with technology team

Travel Required : 50%

Salary Range: 8-12 LPA
