Blackbuck Zinka logistics Location:- Mumbai Designation :- AM - HR Business Partner Key Tasks/Responsibilities: 1) Deliver in person training to the ground team 2) Oversee onboarding of employees 3) Conduct 1:1 connects, FGDs with ground team 4) Drive employee engagement initiatives 5) Handle employee grievances and address the same proactively 6) Database management for the respective zone 7) Conduct exit interviews and devise corrective actions to strengthen retention Foundational Competencies : Individual Excellence - Delivery Excellence, Drive, Adaptability, Ownership and Openness People Excellence- Empathy Functional Competencies : Training delivery -Experience in delivering effective and engaging training to a variety of audiences - Excel proficiency - Stakeholder management - Process orientation - Communication- Clear communication (Verbal/ Non-verbal) in Hindi/ English( Regional) Required skills : - Proven experience of 5+ years minimum in HRBP Role - In-depth knowledge of talent systems and software - Excellent presentation, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills - MBA is a must-have for this role. - Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
