Job Description :
- Building trusted relationships with stakeholders and leaders in the business
- Taking care of induction
- Providing strategic and day-to-day leadership to drive the delivery of the business HR plans.
- Using experience, skills, and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organizational design, employee engagement, and HR Analytics.
- Assisting in building strong talent pipelines, regional sourcing.
- HR Process Compliance - PMS
- Productivity Management - Including PIP & Exit Process
- Training & Development
( Ideally people from 2014/2015 passed out should have core exp into Business Partnering function)
