Key Job Purpose:
- Responsible for demand acquisition from all the channels in a specific zone
- Provide requisite support to the team in negotiation & subscription closure
- Conduct regular outreach through calls / in-person meetings with team
- Achieve monthly targets
- Build effective teams and manage the productivity of team members to deliver the results
- Onboarding customers on a free trial
- Engagement of customers during the free trial
- Conversion from trial to paid subscription
- Attrition control in the team
