Roles and Responsibilities
Designing and executing overall brand marketing and communication including:
Brand Positioning
- Create & grow a unique online presence across all touchpoints: brand ecomm website, social media, emails, marketplaces, & more
Performance campaign strategy
- Drive acquisition, activation, retention and reactivation across the customer funnel
- Content Ideation/Creation to drive engagement through customer touch points
- Working with in-house/ external designers & content producers to generate materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines
- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the assets prepared for social and digital
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's / Masters degree from a Tier-1 institute
- 2-5 years of experience in Brand Marketing / Communications, Consumer Marketing along with E-commerce or digital marketing experience
- Keen eye for design and creative judgement and able to bring or direct the partners for good design and creatives development for the brand assets.
- Passion for brand creation with hands-on understanding of brand development, brand building and GTM
- Excel in both creative and business dimensions of marketing
- Self-driven, enthusiastic team player; Ability to learn fast and engage with stakeholders widely
- Analytical bent of mind - Ability to handle big data & track metrics
