Creative & Content Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan & design, manage generation of creative & impactful content, across video, imagery and text.
- Lead content development across formats for brand salience, social success, user engagement, and active community growth, that is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
- Develop an active ecosystem of partners including freelancers, agencies and experts to design & produce content across visual (video, imagery), and text content.
- Develops a deep understanding of consumers on each channel to create targeted content addressing their individual needs to drive digital growth and engagement.
- Manage editorial calendar encompassing all channels and verticals, for all short and long-term objectives.
- Ensures quality assurance of content through review and development process.
- Creates compelling A+/Enhanced content as effective, supplemental product storytelling.
- Works closely with creative, sales and marketing teams to monitor performance of custom digital elements and help boost performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Fashion, or similar disciplines
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing/media, communications, or a similar field with editorial and/or business-to-consumer writing experience.
- Demonstrated strong & creative content-led community growth skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
- You are goal-oriented, data-driven and an entrepreneurial professional who can take the startup to the next level by ensuring the communication and engagement is top notch
- Experience working in multiple content contexts (i.e. marketing, graphic design, social media, photographic, video, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial drive
