Job Description for SCM SAP Transaction User with Experience in MM and SD Transactions:

- We are looking for a skilled SCM SAP Transaction User with expertise in MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution) transactions to join our team.

- The successful candidate will play a vital role in utilizing SAP systems for supply chain management processes.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize SAP systems for executing MM and SD transactions in accordance with business requirements.

- Perform material procurement and inventory management tasks using SAP MM module.

- Execute sales order processing, delivery, and billing activities using SAP SD module.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between MM, SD, and other SAP modules.

- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting for MM and SD transactions to ensure data accuracy and system stability.

- Provide end-user support and guidance on SAP functionality related to MM and SD transactions.

- Assist in data analysis and reporting to support supply chain management decision-making.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest SAP-related solutions.

- Stay up to date with SAP advancements and enhancements relevant to MM and SD transactions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an SAP transaction user with a focus on MM and SD modules.

- Strong understanding of supply chain management processes, specifically in materials management and sales order processing.

- Proficiency in executing MM and SD transactions within SAP systems.

- Familiarity with inventory management, procurement, and sales order processing concepts.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve transaction-related issues.

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide end-user support.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and transaction execution.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.

- Previous experience in using SAP for MM and SD transactions is preferred.

- SAP certification in MM and SD modules is a plus.
