Roles & Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for building, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing and potential customers both internal & external to generate leads & opportunities using cold calling & mails and maintain a robust CRM.
- Deep understanding of Blackbox offerings in the region and the ability to clearly articulate our value-proposition to Global customers.
- 5+ years of tech sales experience developing enterprise accounts; carrying & achieving an individual quota in excess of 2M USD annually
- Will be Orchestrating complex solutions for the customer using strong collaboration skills across geographies, functions and time zones
- Maintains a high volume of customer touches and meets or exceeds call time expectations.
- You will be responsible for creating quotes and work with internal pricing systems and tech teams to develop competitive proposals
- Prior/Current experience of Strong price & terms negotiation skills with partners, vendors and OEMs.
- Should have excellent communication & time management skills
- Achieve performance targets established by leadership for applicable Key Performance Indicators.
- Will be handling vendors where Black Box do not have presence like Vietnam and other countries in APAC
- Needs to be dealing with counterparts in account teams across Amers / EMEA
- Will be working on projects where major work will be on connected building, Network, WiFi projects
Education / Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Sales or Business or related field, or equivalent, relevant experience preferred
- Personality to engage global accounts and at executive level both external customers & internal stakeholders
- Strong prior experience in Inside Sales and working with Global Accounts in the Global / APAC IT Infra industry
We are open to looking at candidates from Mumbai / Bangalore with relevant experience in the IT Infrastructure industry at a Global / APAC level.
Early joiners with 30-day notice period would be preferred.
