B&K Securities - Manager - Business Finance Planning

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Supporting team to manage end to end Business Finance function for the internal Business unit, which includes various financial & operational activities

2. Collate, create and reports dissemination

3. Creation of Executive presentations and Dashboards

4. The individual will assume day-to-day responsibilities which will contribute towards business management, performance monitoring, managing processes which support smooth business functioning as well as driving key business initiatives that are critical for the growth and day to day operation of the franchise

5. The role would require working with all the functions in Equity business space - Sales, Trading, Research, Technology, Back Office and with all the corporate functions

1. Cross functional collaboration & co-ordination

2. Experience of financial planning & analysis, finance processes

3. Analytical bent of mind

4. Understanding of Equity broking business

5. Very good Excel & Power point skills

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications: C.A / MBA Finance
