Job Brief :

- Digital Presence Lead to develop, implement, track and optimize our brand presence across all digital and social media channels / touch points with strong exposure in digital marketing and brand management. Adept at consumer research, online marketing, content strategy, brand strategy, brand communication, social media marketing, Blog management, design ideas. Digital marketing monitoring tools, Google analytics, Facebook Analytics, Power Editor, Radian 6, Netinsight, Omniture, WebTrends, Hootsuite etc.

Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor's Degree plus MBA/PGDM in relevant specialization from a premier institute

Experience :

- 3-5 years of relevant experience web analytics, digital presence or a related field with a strong business focus

Job Responsibilities :

- Design, build and maintain web and social media presence of interest to business verticals and branding

- Work in partnership with business divisions for the goals and strategies for the digital media presence.

- Manage Email, Social Media, Notification campaigns, Including Content Writing and Designing.

- Measure and report performance of all digital branding campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Focus to drive organic traffic, Branding Communication, design user app engagement campaigns

- Brainstorm new and creative organic growth strategies for wider audience reach

- Widen the touch points and reach of chosen regions based business product folio

- Collaborate with internal teams to create inquisitive landing target pages and optimize user experience

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

- Campaign tracking, measurement, evaluation and reporting

Essential Skills :

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- Solid knowledge of at least three website analytics or social media campaign tools (e.g., Google analytics, Facebook Analytics, Power Editor, Radian 6, Netinsight, Omniture, WebTrends, Hootsuite, etc)

- Knowledge of different tools in Analytics, Social Media, to evaluate visitor behaviour and engagement

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills- both verbal and written

- Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success

CTC : Depending on qualifications, experience and accomplishments
