Job Description:

- Assisting in developing audit planning documentation addressing scope, audit objective, budgeted hours, resource plan and reporting date

- Successfully complete assigned audits, addressing all audit objectives, conducting client and status meetings as required, controlling, monitoring and reporting on audit progress, reviewing work papers, ensuring work papers provide adequate support of conclusions, while complying with internal standard for documentation.

- Assisting the Partner/Director in Business Development initiative in the form of research and pitch preparation, identify cross selling opportunity on client serviced by you.

- Lead and manage field work on client sites including liaison with client personnel, serving client needs and managing the audit team.

- Manage own time effectively and ensure the project is completed to timescale and budget. Provide high quality work promptly, contributing to the successful completion of client work Adhere to defined procedures.

- Analyze problems, identify core issues, investigate, evaluate and integrate information regarding the Audit

- Acting as a first choice point of contact throughout the year for your clients and managing project costs, and raising invoices.

- To assist the partner in implementing and executing projects in assurance, tax and advisory services as per the professional and firm's quality standards.

- To monitor the assignment for improving efficiency of the assignment, manage audit in relation to time and resource budget

- Will actively checks that all findings and issues are documented and performs closedown procedures

- Gathering and compiling information and data

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skills

- Develops and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization

- Provides recommendations for strengthening controls

- Ability to deal well with ambiguity and constant change as well as working independently

- A solid understanding of IGAAP, INDAS and Companies Act

- You should have and demonstrate capability to think conceptually, visualize different scenarios and decide based on analysis and logical reasoning.
