- Handle the direct tax compliance matters, like, computing the advance tax & provision for tax, preparing the return of income, preparing rectification applications, preparing written submissions before the Assessing Officer, etc.

- Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with the tax authorities and represent the client matters.

- Independently draft the appeal before the CIT(A) and ITAT, preparing the stay applications before the CIT(A) and ITAT.

- Handle the 195 Certification (with support of the team) and reasonable knowledge about the international taxation

- Assist the Seniors for appeal hearings before the CIT(A) and ITAT.

- Handle the direct tax advisory services, especially the corporate tax.

- Maintain a good working relationship with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and work with client management and staff at all levels to perform tax services.

- Should have good drafting and oratory skills.

- Be a team person

- An excellent communicator in a range of situations both written and oral.

- Desire to learn and must be updated in tax laws
