About the company :

Bizup is an early stage startup, driven by the vision to empower the 60 Mn small businesses (SMEs) in India with technology. We are building first of its kind short video app for B2B (business to business) transactions - think of it like Tiktok for businesses. Aim is to build India's largest network of business users, with the plan to onboard 2 Mn+ users in next 12 months, largely from Tier 2+ cities. About the role :

1) Use data to support decision making across the organisation at all levels incl. CXO level

2) Define, monitor and report key metrics to ensure business goals are met

3) Create presentation and reports for key stakeholders including investors, CXOs, business heads and other Bizup team members

4) Create hypothesis of key user behaviour and test them with data

5) To lead automation projects including MIS automation, creating dashboards of business review scorecards

What we are looking for

1) 1-2 years of prior work experience in working with startups on data analysis. Engineering / data science graduate from tier 1/ 2 colleges.

2) Someone who is very comfortable at the intersection of business & data. Can interpret data with business context.

3) Strong first principle and analytical thinking, someone who can work with large data sets to bring out actionable insights for various teams at Bizup incl. Product, content, sales etc.

4) Understanding of SQL and willingness to learn new query languages and work with large data sets

5) Having previously worked with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI etc.

6) Willing to get hands dirty to generate data wherever not readily available, cold calls, data crunching, market visits etc.
