Brief - A Growth Marketing Manager will drive performance marketing initiatives through various channels to drive client acquisition and revenue
Responsibilities:
1. Have a deep understanding of the product, customer journey, market & business metrics and how paid acquisition fits into the overall growth model
2. Create, manage and optimize campaigns across all digital channels including Google, Facebook, programmatic and affiliates
3. Work with Product, design, copywriters & business teams to conduct experiments. Identify experiments that work and scale them efficiently
4. Perform Revenue, CAC and LTV analysis and leverage data to optimize paid funnel to maximize ROI
Requirements :
1. Should Have minimum 2 years experience working on paid marketing campaigns for consumer products
2. Strong knowledge of app campaigns for google (UAC), Facebook and Instagram ads. Knowledge of programmatic (DV360) and affiliate marketing is a plus
3. Know how to work with attributions tools like Appsflyer, branch.io
