About the role:

- This role is for a person who loves to take the brand offerings to the target audience through various innovative offline channels. It is for a person who loves to create scalable relationships, has an eye for opportunities and has a temperament to experiment and learn quickly. It is for a person who takes pride in creating a strong leads pipeline for the business and collaborating with other departments to successfully take them to an acquisition.

- Working with numbers, keeping a complete track of investment and ROIs and optimizing them for best results will be crucial to this role. The role entails a lot of decision making, quick thinking, planning and time management. If you are a person with the ability to understand user behavior, reach and engage them effectively through your campaigns and truly enjoy and thrive in the above situations, then we are looking for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creating and executing offline ATL & BTL campaigns

- Building leads pipeline and leads nurturing through online campaigns

- Creating engagement campaigns to convert leads to an acquisition

- Creating and nurturing strategic partnerships to get access to large client base

- Strategizing and executing brand building campaigns such as SSR - startup social responsibility

- Developing PR network and making way for organic inbound interest

- Vendor development and management for executing offline events

Job Requirements:

- Previous experience of successfully running marketing campaigns with proven high ROI

- Good interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure planned execution

- Excellent communication skills. Ability to initiate and hold conversations and have quick on the feet thinking

- Excellent grasp of numbers and ability to understand complex business offerings
