Key Responsibility Areas: Sales Enablement &amp; Project Onboarding Enable the client growth (sales) team with the right set of insights and knowledge that would result in the acquisition of brief. Design workflows and consumer insights pitch decks which can help to onboard the clients. Create strategic presentations for selling solutions to Large sized companies spread across industries like FMCG, E-commerce, Consumer Durables, Food, and Beverages, etc. Spearhead the research process that is a prerequisite for any design process. Generate data based on primary and secondary research as inputs to the Design process. This includes market research (category growth, potential, etc), consumer trend (purchase pattern, consumption behavior, etc) and competition analysis, ethnography study, etc. Understand the brief and provide preliminary insights and direction of approach to the team. Provide a complete landscape of the requirement along with the external environment (category, competition, consumers) which would lead to a pathway for creative direction - Opportunity hunting for through online and offline research - Insights &amp; Data for Design Enablement - To build processes which can generate these data-driven insights in the most scalable manner using technology tools - Thought leadership for packaging design through content: Trend analysis, consumer insights, white-papers Requirements : - Experience in a marketing/research/design firm (not exclusive) - Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills. - Thrives in a collaborative environment - Ardent interest in understanding technology platforms and products in a definite positive.
