Salary Offered : 15-20 LPA Job Description : Statutory Compliances and Internal SOP Implementation Primary Responsibilities : - Drafting, reviewing and negotiating the Credit Facility related documents and Commercial Agreements. - Perform Risk and Impact Assessment to identify, evaluate & analyze risk and impact of the clauses of the credit facility documents and maintaining the repository of all the documents. - Responsible for managing, supporting and completing the compliances related to business and credit facilities. - Following up with the other teams and overseeing the status of all the documents that are sent out from the Legal Department from pre-execution, execution and post execution compliances. - Responsible for handling the statutory compliances for the overseas Subsidiaries of the Company. - Responsible for overseeing and managing FSSAI, FEMA, FDI compliances. - Responsible to set up, update and monitor a Compliance Management System. - Support and manage to collect the required data from the business/ supporting functions and prepare the necessary SOPS/ Reports/ Schedules in timely manner. - Liaison with the Attorneys for existing and new Litigation matters and handling the entire process for the same. - Develop training and awareness material on various compliance matters and conduct trainings for relevant stakeholders. - Analyze due diligence reports and initiate activities/ processes to rectify/ comply with the negative remarks/ observations. - Any other responsibilities/ matters/ activities related to any Legal, Banking, FSSAI, FDI, Investor, Business requirements. Candidate Profile : - Qualification : LL.B. with 6-10 years' experience in Legal, Banking, NBFCs, Contracts, FSSAI and other Statutory Compliances. Company Secretary qualification would be added advantage. - Key Skills : Drafting, Negotiations, Banking Documentation, FSSAI Compliances.
