Designation :&nbsp;Associate Director - Client Growth (West) Location :&nbsp;Andheri East, Mumbai Experience :&nbsp;10 - 12 years About the Role :&nbsp;Bizongo is looking for a high performing individual to join as Business Head - West. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. The duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends. As Associate Director Client Growth, you will be : - Creating and executing a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients and increase the gross margin quarter on quarter - Preparing professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals and other documentation as required for client presentations - Performing market research and regular competitor monitoring - Making sure the required due diligence is done before onboarding any new client and ensure all new contracts are signed off by the legal team - Maintaining working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service thereby driving increase in customer satisfaction (NPS) scores and identification of potential new sales opportunities to drive gross margin increase - Increasing Booked Revenue (Wallet Share increase) by devising strategies to acquire additional business through cross-selling and upselling Bizongo's services to new and existing clients, and continuously striving to enhance our value proposition of price, service, quality, visibility - Qualifying, developing, and maintaining thorough product knowledge and driving important metrics like OTIF, Inventory Management, ensuring quality adherence for all Procure Live clients, thereby championing customer centricity - Assisting the credit control team drive collections for fulfilled orders and thereby drive increase in invoiced revenue - Tracking, analyzing, and communicating key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships Key Objectives of the role : - Represent Bizongo, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings - Achieve Bizongo's objective of becoming India's largest Multi-Category Packaging Platform through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data and projecting future performance - Provide superior customer service, placing heavy importance on brand experience and customer engagement/satisfaction - Serve as the brand ambassador, developing and nurturing strong relationships with customers - Work as a team leader, upholding company values and contributing to a positive working environment Functional Competencies : - Solves problem with long term team level impact with data driven thinking and tech first approach - Solves problems that have little or no precedent to guide the search for solutions - Enables formation of diverse teams and acquires and retains best talent for team - Ability to influence, develop and lead large teams - Identify training/learning needs for career development - Sought after to shape answers at a sub-function level - Builds positive working relationships across teams - Build and nurture strategic partnerships to enable rapid growth - Work beyond obstacles and ambiguity to drive results within sub-function - Define and manage OKRs and KPIs for the team Job Requirements : - 10 - 12 years of B2B sales experience (MBA from top tier institutes preferred) - Proven experience with account management &amp; handling complex multi business unit level sales through account mining, cross-selling, and up-selling techniques - Excellent analytical skills with structured thinking and complex problem-solving ability - Previous experience in leading a lean sales teams that is driven in a scalable, process driven manner - Fast learning, networking and researching skills, high energy levels, ability to meet defined targets, sound understanding of business principles - Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable hours - Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal with strong presentation skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and should be inclined towards Data Analytics Why work with us? - Opportunity to work with "India's leading B2B" E-commerce venture.
