The Role

To help fuel our growth and find new ways to continuously improve, we are looking for an established leader to setup and drive our global Revenue Operations (RevOps) function. This person will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and partner closely with the leaders of the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success/Support organisations. This position can be based remotely in APAC-friendly timezones.

What you will be doing :

- Collaboration: Partner closely with our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations leaders and their teams, serving as subject matter expert in revenue operations.

- Planning: Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales, marketing, and finance organisations.

- Processes: Manage and optimise all of the mission-critical processes, systems and software tools (such as Salesforce etc.) that our teams use to manage our customer relationships.

- Support: Be our senior GTM leaders' "Right Hand Person". Build and implement compensation plans that support the strategic direction of the GTM team. Co-create these plans with Client Partners, Sales Leadership, HR, and Finance to create an agreement.

- Culture of data-driven decision making: Build a culture to enable GTM leaders to make the organisation data-rich. Through data, develop repeatable "plays" that can be packaged into executable programs for the GTM teams to drive

- New initiatives: Maintain the roadmap of GTM initiatives, leveraging strong collaboration, prioritisation, and project management skills. Collaborate with passionate teammates across the company to execute key projects

What you should have :

- 15 years of total experience and 10 years in leading revenue/sales operations in a B2B/SaaS. software business.

- Dual superpower to think strategically and also work in the trenches

- Focus on building processes for empowering GTM leaders and driving the entire revenue organisation towards its goals

- Bold thinker, applying outside-in thought leadership to reimagine ways of performing work with a passion for inventing and simplifying.

- Analytical acumen to diagnose and prescribe the help the revenue team needs

- Strong sense of ownership over annual and quarterly planning.

- Strong sense of curiosity with a bias towards action.
