Job Description :
1. Responsible for Sales, Operations and channel management across the ROM region assigned.
2. Responsible for Sales Target achievement- Primary and Secondary both.
4. Revenue generation, Market Expansion and Channel Management for General Trade, Key Accounts, Corporates, Horeca, Insitutional etc. across ROM Region.
5. Understand and analyze the market situation, resolve customer & product query etc.
6. Activation of General trade outlets/ new retail outlets/High volume outlets/Key accounts/Corporates for sales and increase the market coverage.
7. Expansion of market with addition of distributor and infrastructure in territory.
8. Sales & Operation and Team management, Sales reports, Costing, Budget planning etc.
9. Coordinate with various Co-packers for proper production planning as per Annual Business plan or as per management.
10. Sales Planning & Forecasting, Logistics and Inventory management, Marketing planning.
11. Take new initiative for increase of business and market expansion.
12. Any other activities assigned by the management.
