BIS Research - Research Lead Analyst - Aerospace & Defence/Chemicals & Materials Domain

1. Ownership of P&L of the team

2. Steering market coverage, adequate segmentation in the report, compliance research process planning and strategizing, data analysis and market engineering, primary research, qualitative data analysis for the vertical

3. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team to strategize revenue generation and customer acquisition Active participation in the generation of RFPs for key accounts. New account development for Research products distinct from the Sales Team Collaborates with the Sales Team to develop a pipeline for our reporting products including engagements. Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns, launch new deliverables

4. Ensuring targeted billing every quarter as per Vertical

5. New Alliance Development with Agencies, which can help us, position ourselves as an esteemed research partner

6. Ensuring quality & timelines of research deliverables

7. Strategizing and planning manpower requirements in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team

8. Training and mentoring research professionals to achieve individual and organizational targets and grow in their respective verticals

9. Communicating research results through the creation of structured end products: whitepapers, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, etc.

10. Expected to take complete ownership and deliver high-quality Industry and Sector Research in the specific areas of specializations

11. Positioning new report products to create a white space (through white papers), periodically

Skills required :

- At least 4 years of experience

- Excellent communication skills

- Proven thought Leadership demonstrated through publications or speaking engagement

- Analyze quantitative data and turn into actionable solutions/insights for clients Strong business acumen

- People management responsibilities and Strong project management skills

- Ability to influence and lead others Qualification:

- Engineering from reputed college or equivalent with strong work experience

- Master's degree in Business Administration from a reputed college or equivalent

- Statistics / Operations research masters from reputed college or equivalent
