BIS Research is looking for smart, self driven, entrepreneurial & flexible Business Development expert for building new business opportunities in Europe, North America and APAC regions. (Rotational Shifts US & Europe)
The incumbent shall be responsible for International B2B business development and sales, managing global accounts and strategically developing new business for Market Intelligence.
- Initiating the engagement process at the C level executives in the defined geographies. To understand the strategic focus and intention of the current and future planning of clients. Following up with clients for closures.
- The incumbent will be an independent contributor & owing up revenue target for few industry practices
- Mentor, train & Supervise inbound & outbound teams and train them to effectively identify & build new business opportunities and thereby achieving individual & organizational targets
- Understand Market Intelligence Reports from various verticals and develop a robust sales strategy based on different requirements from clients.
Retain the existing clients and further probe them to enhance business opportunities to increase customer lifetime value ( CLV) for the organization
- Work closely with executives, marketing, and research team to increase the Closure Ratio and Number of New Acquisitions and also to optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- Active participation in generation of RFPs/RFQs for key accounts.
- Participate in industry events, sales meetings, training programs and conferences
- New account development for research products distinct within the operative verticals, & Manage, nurture & cultivate those accounts to ensure recurring revenue
