Requirements of the Position

- Experience of over 12 years in Testing (Preferably candidate should have worked in the Testing Center of Excellence )

- Extensive experience in giving solutions for RFPs

- Well versed with Estimation Models

- Experience in Manual, Automation & Performance Testing

- Delivery Experience as a PM/Test Lead is a must

- Experience of tools like OC,QTP,LR ec

- Must have led a team of atleast 25 people.
