Birlasoft is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support the US recruitments

Location : Corporate office, Noida

Shift : EST zone

Responsibilities

- Manage full cycle recruiting process

- Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

- Collaborate with client groups to understand their hiring needs and fulfillment of goals.

- Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates

- Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers

- Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis

- Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters

- Work with Human Resources team to on-board new hires

- Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of Birlasoft and our talent acquisition team

- Builds applicant sources and database by researching and proactively contacting potential candidates, agencies, media, and internet sites; providing organizational information, opportunities, and benefits

Requirements

- 8+ years experience recruiting in a fast paced environment.

- Ability to manage a team upto 6 members

- Complete understanding and demonstrated track records of US recruitment

- Self starter, communicative, the multi tasking team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills

- Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process

- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

- Experience in Software Services/Technology company is a must.

- Willing to work in EST time zone.

To suit this position you have proven track record of driving technical recruitment through the use of an effective recruiting strategy, use of online resources as well as networking and competitor sourcing. Furthermore you are self-driven, collaborative and comfortable in a client centric environment.
