Required: - 4-6 Years of experience in handling campus recruitment - Strong Relationship Building Skill Responsibilities: 1. Develop relationships with university career development office and professors to assist in overall insight and activities at each school 2. Adopt a data driven analytical approach to drive decisions by business leaders in identification of the right universities 3. Co design and coordinate all events at assigned universities ensuring timeliness and consistency while partnering with recruiting programs team and business leaders 4. Work with assessment vendors and manage online candidate assessment. Coordinate and ensure synergies between universities and vendor for optimum results 5. Provide feedback to continuously improve campus recruiting processes and procedures 6. Ensure timely release of offer letters to selected candidates and manage onboarding process 7. Hand hold your offered candidates until their on-boarding to ensure they have stellar pre-on-boarding experience, while having monthly/bi weekly connects to keep them warm
