Design and Implement the Total Reward frameworks (Reward Philosophy, incentives commissions etc.) align to business requirements - Create and implement market analysis and salary surveys. Implement C&B benchmark surveys. Pay ranges for hiring and internal use. - Conduct budgeting and Compensation planning and yearly compensation review strategy. - Lead Total Rewards plans and programs like Compensation Review cycles, Incentive plans payouts, Promotion cycles - M&A Integrations and rebadging solutions on Total Rewards across India and APAC - Managing Internal & External C&B Audit and C&B Statutory compliance - Benefits and Policy Review and advise on the design
