HRBP Leader
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Incumbent will have to lead the vision of the organization. The culture of the company is very fast-paced, transparent and entrepreneurial, so the HRBP Lead should embody these qualities, and help to preserve the culture while the company continues to grow.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with the business team to develop & execute human capital strategies that effectively support and enhance the overall business strategies
- Proactively lead the development and evolution of human resources policies, procedures, programs, and practices that support the continued transformation of the business needed to become a world-class company
- Provide insight and coaching to business leaders to implement and evaluate programs and plans that result in increased organizational effectiveness and productivity
- Ensuring the company is an "Employer of Choice"
- Maintain open communications with all levels of executives to assess the needs of their departments / divisions and help them accomplish business objectives by recommending human resources solutions and help them proactively manage their human capital
- Implement and maintain effective succession and development plans, including management development and employee career path programs appropriate for supporting and sustaining the company's transformation
- Participate in the design and management of competitive compensation and workforce planning strategies for all levels.
- Ensure that these programs enhance the company's ability to attract, retain and motivate a skilled and diverse workforce
- Work with team on managing complex HR issues and benefits, associate satisfaction
- Develop/ maintain and update training dossier for all functional and behavioural training
- Act as location HR Leader and provide support to all BU and enabling functions the respective assigned location
MUST HAVE SKILLS :
- MBA in HR with over 10-12 years of progressive HR management experience.
- A leader with a proven track record of delivering results
- High level of personal integrity, ethics, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of service and passion for our client's transformation; thrives on change, pace, action and accountability
- Great judge of people / talent / situations
- Capacity to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels in the Organization
- Proven ability to challenge and motivate management teams to foster innovation in an atmosphere of mutual respect
