Manager - Finance and Accounts for our real estate business of Birla Sunlife AMC

Job Purpose

To work with CFO in managing all aspects of financial accounting and reporting /MIS/Compliance with the laws wherever appropriate with the help of outside consultants , co-ordinating with the auditors ,working with the deal team in assessing deal closures as well as providing assistance to the CFO in monitoring the activities of the service organisation.

Principal Accountability

- Maintaining proper books of accounts

- Compliance Tax Filing and review

- Internal Controls and Compliance

- Investment/Divestment Structuring

- Annual Budget
