Senior Manager- Supply Planning What you will do: - Develop and schedule the production plan based on plant capacity and production specifications - Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery - Identify delays and accordingly adjust production schedules to ensure the service level. - Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities &amp; notify customers on any delays. - Co-ordinate with Demand planning team for S&amp;OP meetings and utilise a collaborative and consensus approach to finalize the primary sales and production plans. - Develop trackers/ dashboards for capturing and sharing key KPIs such as DOH (FG inventory), Plan adherence, aligned availability and expiries at plants. - Manages material planning activity to ensure timely delivery of material to support production operations. - Maintain proactive shortage identification and management - help flag root causes &amp; corrective actions. What you need to know / have: - 5 to 7 years of proven experience in Supply planning in a FMCG or liquor industry. - Exposure to SAP - Educational Qualifications: - Bachelors - Graduate from recognized university - Masters - MBA preferred. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Knowledge of MS office is must. - Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills - Customer focus (Internal &amp; External)
