We are looking for Sales Manager- Off & On Premises Channel & it's a big deal. What You Will Do : - This is first and foremost, a role for a strong sales execution, driving & maximizing sales volume, distribution, visibility & display objectives. Sharp focus will be on reaching new customers and extending the Bira 91 brand and experience to the masses. - We have a relentless focus on dominating high-volume and high-value outlets and ensuring ubiquitous distribution across the cluster. Speed is of the essence and our sales managers are an impatient lot with high energy, drive and passion. You will be responsible for activations and enrolling outlets which includes positioning Bira91 products/brand, product placement through various trade offers, schemes. You will be leading the commercial discussions with outlets and signing new contracts. - Sales manager is responsible for ensuring secondary sales, establishing relationships with decision makers and influencers, running promotional activities at regular intervals along with identifying outlet level opportunities for placement of POSMs. You will be required to build Bira91 market leadership through out of the box thinking by constant consumer interaction, working on feedback to create consumer delight and constantly tracking the competition moves and accordingly acting on it. You will be the torch bearer of Bira91 brand and penetrating deep in the market by constantly replenishing the stocks and process management. - Sales Manager is responsible for finding and building unorthodox opportunities to occupy the mindshare of the young consumer in the cluster through a variety of partnerships with independent creative professionals (artists, musicians, entrepreneurs), creating and scaling unique POS promotions and executing outreach campaigns. - As the sales manager, you will be responsible for a fast rollout of the country's largest draft beer dispense network - one that is 10x the size of the incumbents! - As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for building a high potential team- a band of revolutionaries for our rebellion. You will be required to ensure that the sales team consists of the right caliber people who are motivated and trained to achieve ambitious business plans consistently. What Do You Need to Have To Join Us 1.Experience : 5-7 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing function in FMCG, Durables, Telecom, and Beverages/Alco Beverages. 2. Communication Skills: You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey product information, negotiate deals & value propositions to convince stakeholders. 3. Premium Focus: - You should have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, to build commercially beneficial business relationships with retailers/distributors. - You should have a good understanding of the commercial aspects to drive business growth by executing them on time. - You should act with the customer in mind & strives for customer delight. Drives business outcomes by prioritizing customer needs. 4. People Management: - You are able to identify, assess & hire talent to create a high-performing team. - As a people manager you should build meaningful relationships with team members and constantly guide them to achieve their full potential - As a people manager is able to constantly drive results by setting higher standards of performance through goal setting, guidance and reviews. 5. Analytical Ability: - You should understand various levers of business & their interlinkages. (Mix/Margins/Cost etc.) and make commercially profitable business decisions to drive business growth. - You should have a structured thinking process in identifying solutions. Ability to gather, interpret & evaluate data to identify patterns, trends & insights. Can suggest solutions based on data analysis to solve business problems.
