- As a controller for cost, ensure all indirect costs are mapped and tracked against respective budgets - Provide periodical MIS on all fixed costs (Admin, HR, Legal, IT) with detailed analysis against each sub heads - Proactively driving the functional teams for ensuring timely &amp; accurate submission of monthly provisions and adherence to budgets allocated - Tracking of Capital Expenditure against budgets and ensuring monthly reporting of the same. - Analyze all key variances in Cost &amp; Capex and ensure regular meetings with functional heads to ensure timely corrective actions are implemented. - Ensure all consolidated manufacturing cost performance and capex reports are prepared accurately and on time - Assist the Plant Finance &amp; Supply Chain Controller in driving continued improvement, standardization and automation of reporting &amp; processes across all the Plants - Preparation &amp; Analysis of Working capital reports for regular review by management - Consolidate &amp; analyze all variable &amp; fixed costs relating to Plant &amp; Supply Chain (Freight, Distribution) and develop useful insights for management.
