As an SAP FICO Analyst, you will be part of IS-SAP project & delivery team working in a fast-paced environment, closely partnered with business stakeholders. You will work to design new systems and improve existing systems, create design documentation, software specifications, and testing/training scenarios and will evaluate processes for alignment opportunities. You will participate in new functionality estimation, analysis, design and testing and define application requirements by working closely with key stakeholders and other members of the project teams. As a project team member, you will support the entire project lifecycle from initial project definition to project implementation (including testing and training) through to project closure. You will also be an expert on current SAP processes and systems; identify, recommend, and drive process improvements; and serve as a consultant on these processes and systems for partners and customers. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Serve as an internal FICO consultant on SAP capabilities and operations execution best practices. Good knowledge of integration (Interface) between SAP & 3rd party application is preferred - Provide expert functional and process guidance on system capabilities and solution approaches - Would provide support to business teams during compliance / system audits - Drive the appropriate workshops / trainings to End Users - Work within cross-functional teams to drive successful deployments - Deliver high-value projects by leveraging an established delivery methodology - Ensure delivery of quality solutions within our SAP environment - Leverage metrics and performance data to understand opportunities for improvement QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS - Total relevant experience of 7-8 years with minimum experience of 4-5 years- experience as an SAP FICO consultant (with 2-3 E2E implementation / roll-outs). S4HANA exposure is a plus. - Experience in the Beverages/FMCG/Pharma industry - B.Com., BBA, M.Com, CA (preferred), MBA (Finance) - Strong systems thinking and problem-solving capability - Experience in collaborating with team members to drive results - Self-motivated and outcome oriented - Ability to facilitate and drive decisions and clarification - Ability to work independently with short deadlines - Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
