Summary of the position-
This position works as Talent Management COE. Scope of the role will be to strengthen the talent management process to enable the organization to achieve talent goals like succession planning, leadership building, infusion of talent across levels and to build inclusive culture.
- Role and Responsibilities:
- Talent Management, Career Planning & Progression
- Support in Designing, assimilating and execution of Talent Management methodologies and processes including critical role identification, Hi-Po identification, succession planning
- Collaborate with businesses and HRBPs to drive and implement TM processes
- Collaborate with HRBP to design & execute Top Talent programs
- Working with learning team to accelerate succession readiness
Process Improvement:
- Study the Best Practices both within and outside the Industry to continuously benchmark the organization's policies and practices
- To Create and manage the HR policies and processes, anything related but not limited to employee lifecycle; confirmation, onboarding, work life balance, separation
- To build and advise on policies which creates a talent advantage for Bira91 in the market
HR Analytics :
- HR analytics for key talent metrics like attrition, succession, learning etc
- Create and publish periodic talent dashboards
Qualification and Skill Set :
- Master's degree from a reputed B School
- Experience in project management;
- Strong abilities in stakeholder management
- Strong interpersonal skills (written and verbal); ability to influence stakeholders
- Manage confidentiality
- Ability to present complex matters in a clear and comprehensible way
- Ability to work independently
- Have strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
