SUMMARY OF THE POSITION The role will primarily be responsible for end to end procurement of Capex, Material and services for the Taproom/Restaurant business of Bira 91.The person will be responsible to execute purchase of requisite material and services in a time-bound and cost-effective manner & ensure vendor adherence to defined SLAs. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Taproom Vertical Planning and Execution - The candidate will be responsible for End to end responsibility for Sourcing, Procurement, Project execution for the restaurant business of Bira 91. - Drive sourcing of Capex items (Kitchen Equipment/Civil/MEP Contractor and Material) POS material and services and also other items like Raw Material. - Budget planning and vendor strategy planning. - Demonstrate subject matter expertise on sourcing of a broad spectrum Capex Items and Kitchen Equipments. - Understand of overall strategy of Restaurant business as well as it roll-out plan, subsequently translating them into actionable sourcing initiatives - Cross-functional collaboration with various internal stakeholders across the boards (Finance, Marketing, Sales) to implement the defined plan Vendor Development and Management : - Development of vendor base capable to meet the business requirements across the broad spectrum of Capex/RM materials as per required timelines and quality standards - Tracking of service level adherence KPI Tracking : - Tracking of actual cost-to-serve vis- vis budgeted cost-to-serve - Monitor and track reports and category spend analysis
