Role and Responsibilities : - Collect and analyse data in order to provide inputs, identify gaps & trends, and make suggestions that will enable the supply chain function to make better and more informed decisions - Create and run optimisation models, track supply chain performance parameters, locate and develop process improvement opportunities - Work with stakeholders in supply, transportation, warehousing, procurement to validate inputs to modelling & identify sensitivities - Support the supply chain leadership by delivering analysis reports and sound intelligence that support strategic goals - Create processes, best practices and SOPs for data collection and analysis Educational Qualifications : - Any graduate, B. Tech preferred - Applications from BBA/B. Com/Other Bachelor Programme are accepted if coupled with highly relevant work experience - At least 2 year experience as a business analyst/data analyst/supply chain analyst - Expertise in advance Excel. - Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting along with data visualization skills - High level of proficiency in Excel is a must. Knowledge of VB is critical. - Additional knowledge of relational databases and ERPs will be helpful - Ability to work at the intersection of data and business - Problem-solving aptitude - Self-motivated to steer through and succeed in a start-up work environment - Collaborative and ability to work with multiple stakeholders and diverse team members
