Key Responsibilities- - Take full responsibility and accountability for network infrastructure (LAN, WIFI, WAN, VPNs), server infrastructure on premise and cloud, data communications, and telecommunications systems (IP Telephony). - Manage end-user customer service and direct activities to resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion. - Direct and coordinate voice, network and data information systems. - Build IT continuity planning and Disaster Recovery mechanism. - Monitor customer service and maintains network stability, collects and analyzes network and memory utilization, and installs and tests software upgrades. - Establish control systems access and security. - Support Infrastructure requirements for SAP Project implementation. - Accountable for User Accounts, permissions and access rights. - Identify and have a good working relationship with all stakeholders and business users to ensure Customer Delight. - Liaise with vendors, contractors to secure network products and other infrastructure services. - Support and coach team members. - Ensure smooth Operations with agreed SLA's. - Work closely with SAP Lead, CRM lead to support Infrastructure.
