Must Have Skills- ESOP implementation & execution, Sales Incentives administration,global pay Responsibilities : - Design and manage India compensation & Benefits policies and practices - Manage Organization wide Compensation Review - To handle salary revision and bonus process including strategic decision guidance with respect to budget allocation, employee eligibility and coverage - Work on compensation management and benefit plans. - Design and Implementation of Organization wide Incentive Program - To manage & execute Salary Benchmarking surveys - Creation of new policies and making changes to existing policies to ensure employee friendly workplace - To work on developing pay ranges for new roles and new markets - To analyze compensation data and creating presentations for senior management to help them take budgetary decisions About B9 Beverages : B9 Beverages, is the maker of Bira 91 craft beers.
