CRM functional experience is a Must Have. - Working knowledge of One of the BI tools - Good Data, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik etc. - To identify and have a good working relationship with all stakeholders and business users involved within the various related CRM IT Projects - To oversee the activities of other colleagues in the different aspects of the project, including testing and training support. - Accountable for Project Plans, governance, quality gate processes for the scope of deployment - Deploy Robust Change request process with strong project governance experience - Accountable for smooth Operations with agreed SLA's Must have- - 2 to 8 years of experience of delivering high profile, CRM software projects which include Sales Force Automation, Marketing in Digital world, Trade promotions management, Cost of Sales, Point of Sales deployments. - Good Understanding of requirements analysis definition and specification process - Experience of project management tools - Strong engagement with Business Project Manager, Super Users to ensure Market readiness, communications, Change Action Plan Desirable/ Good to have- - Working knowledge of One of the BI tools - Good Data, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik etc.
