Area Manager What you'll do: 1. Drive Sales and Distribution to achieve Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Sales Targets! 2. Own Area penetration KPI and Monthly Volume KPIs for the company including Draft outlet penetration 3. Drive and Execute trade marketing spends of the company including POSM, consumer promotions to achieve volume and visibility targets 4. Manage B2B Sales Funnel of the area from lead generation to sales closure including commercial negotiations like spends, volume, and market share expectations. Comply and improve sales call efficiency rates for achieving targets 5. Ownership of data accuracy on Outlet Universe, Own & Competitor Sales, and Visibility in the area 6. Drive teams of sales executives and merchandisers to support Sales, Distribution, and Visibility KPIs of the company: 7. Channel Responsibility of on trade outlets 8. Responsibility to include secondary sales, replenishment as well as new outlet activation 9. Role includes increasing SKU range per outlet and distribution width in area assigned 10. Responsible for end-to-end order fulfillment in area, as well as management of promotional activity, training, trade schemes, POS materials and merchandising for outlet. 11. Implementation of merchandising campaigns in area and timely stock replenishment in outlet 12. Build strong customer relationship in area assigned and increase product visibility and depletions. Your role may also include: - Planning and execution of brand launch - B2B FMCG sales and outlet activation planning and executing consumer promotions - Conducting consumer research and measuring brand metrics - CRM What you need to know / have: 1.
